Diane Molinaro CPCP – A Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional, has a Master’s Level in Cosmetics and Medical Tattooing. Over 11,000 procedures completed in Southern California since 2003. Physician referred. Background in the Beauty Industry in cosmetics and skin care, since 1992. Holds a current license in manicuring and reflexology in the state of California.

Diane’s CPCP certification shows she is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic professional and meets the requirements of the SPCP.

Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional status was awarded to Diane in October of 2008 after passing the SPCP exam.

The SPCP is the professional body for the Permanent Cosmetics industry and is dedicated to promoting permanent cosmetics safety, excellence, certification, and industry guidelines.

SPCP educational events provide industry specific information and training so that members can  remain current in education and technology.
