Diane Molinaro CPCP – A Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional, has a Master’s Level in Cosmetics and Medical Tattooing. Over 11,000 procedures completed in Southern California since 2003. Physician referred. Background in the Beauty Industry in cosmetics and skin care, since 1992. Holds a current license in manicuring and reflexology in the state of California.
